I pledge to live substance-free by:

Not using alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, marijuana, inhalants, and all other illegal drugs.

Never using prescription drugs not prescribed to me or in a way that they were not prescribed for.

Telling my friends and family the harmful effects of substance use.

Showing my friends the benefits of living substance-free.
